Is it herpes?

So I have been doing a lot of research ever since I got these bumps a few weeks ago. Everything ive read is saying that it is very unlikely that I have herpes. Except for this photo which is considered mild herpes.

(The first photo)
These dots do not itch. They do not burn. And they have stayed the same size. They've looked exactly the same with no puss or crusting over.
This is the only photo of herpes that looks even close to what I have. The only reason I'm positive it's not something else is because I can't find anything else of other skin conditions that look like what I have. Except this picture.

Yes it is good advice to have them looked at. That being said herpes lesions do not stay the same for weeks. Evenwith a mild case. Have them examined but I highly dout it's hsv related.

Hello, the only way to diagnose herpes is to go to a doctor and let him/her examine these pumps. Please note that skin conditions on the penis are very common and those pumps could be anything
