should i be worried

I recently had an std screening done that included HSV 1 & 2, 2 came back negitive with a reading of less than .90. But 1 came back positive with a reading of 4.36H, the couseler that i had to call told me that it wasn't anything to be worried about that its just the virus that causes cold sores. Should i be worried?
