Why aren't you comfortable going to a doctor? Don't worry - you won't be showing them anything they haven't seen before. Might as well buck up and start acting like an adult about your health care. Sooner or later you'll end up going in for something.
These could be what's called Fordyce spots. You can google it and see if it fits. I'm not sure, though, so don't quote me on that. :)
