BP Fluctuation

Sir,
i have High BP and used to take medicine for the same (AMODEP-AT, 5mg, FDC Limited). my BP is in the range of 135/88 average.
I do check my BP regularly, and last few days when i checked my BP it was in the range of 118/77 average. i also feels sleepy and tired.
Note - I do Smoke and recently i am trying to stop the same, yet didn't achieved 100%, but brought it down to 40%. I am working hard to achieve 100% Smoke free.
Is there any major issues....

Your age? My doc told me if we are past the age of 60 to keep bl pr under 140/90. I guess he doesn't expect an older person to go real low. He is happy if i can stay under that number. If you are younger tho then try to get to the 120/80 number at least.

Numbers do not sound to bad. At least better than mine. You and I have the same problem with cigs.

Hi there. You should would be happy with those numbers. With the information you give, there is nothing to be concerned about. Hope the giving up of cigs goes well. most meds have side effects, but your meds seem pretty low key. Good luck with the cigs plan!
