What are your numbers? The goal is to keep the difference between your systolic and diastolic pressure at 40 points or more.
Let me know and perhaps I can point you in the right direction.
Jon
Typical numbers for me are usually 125/94 135/95 145/102. At night when I am relaxing I am 117/85 however I have gotten numbers such as 110/70 but it's quite rare and that's when I am in bed laying down. Any activity I do my diastolic jumps up. When my medication is increased I can get numbers like 98/85 and i feel horrible, out of breath and often my pulse rate wil increase to 110.
Did you find out anything about your diastolic? I am having blood pressure problems also. I get spikes, but the diastolic numbers are much worse than the systolic.
