What's the real deal?

i see a lot of different off-the-shelf "supplements" that are supposed to help lower blood pressure. Which ones really do work at all? For example: Hawthorn Berry pills...

There's no magic bullet.. I take magnesium, flaxseed oil, omega 3, hibiscus tea, grape seed extract and beet root powder. Walk 2-5 miles per day and take 5mg of Lisinopril to stay around 125/130 over 80/85 most of the time at the age of 56. I'd have to stop everything to gauge the real effectiveness but I'm guessing I'd be at 10 or 20 mg of Lisinopril. Hard to get around genetics sometimes..
