Flu vaccine reaction 2015?

Got shot in uk in October 2015 still experiencing awful reactions. Hives rash, Haemophilus mucus infection, palpitations, blurred vision and disorientation, digestive problems, body weakness and shaking, unable to walk far before getting ill like autoimmune attacks. Had four trips to uk emergency room at hospital and numerous doctors visits. Had full body ct scan, bloods, awaiting nerve tests for whole body tingling. Has anyone else experienced the same? And if anyone from previous Tingling after H1N1 posts some time ago how long did it take for some sort of recovery?
