I too was concerned about vaccinations for my 2 boys. I spoke with my pediatrician and she allows me to space out the vaccine so that they do not get more than 1 live vaccine at a time. Yes you have to go back every 30 days but I would rather have my little ones get stuck every 30 days then have more than 1 live vaccine at a time. But definitely vaccinate.
Absolutely vaccinate, you don't want that on tour conscious if your child develops one of these diseases that you could have vaccinated them for, and worse yet have it spread to others.
^^ completely agree with @GeekMom1213
Vaccinations save lives. Protect your child from deadly communicable diseases. Side effects can happen but serious ones are very very rare. It is unfortunate that you had complications when you were young but it would be incredibly unlikely for something like that to happen to your child. Talk to your pediatrician about your concerns - but vaccinate your baby.
"Mother's choice" doesn't come first over the safety of children and others in the community. Choosing not to vaccinate because of some junk science on the internet is irresponsible and puts kids at risk. Vaccination rates have been dropping and as a direct result there have been increasing numbers of outbreaks of whooping cough, measles, and other serious illnesses. Infants can die from these diseases, so can elderly people and those with compromised immune systems.
My sister in law & brother chose to not vaccinate and my nephews are perfectly healthy! It's up to you. There's tons of controversy on this topic but I believe it comes down to the mother's choice and what she believes. I just entering my second trimester and I'm not sure if I want to vaccinate
