Hi, we are not doctors on here but I am a microbiologist. Mouth ulcers can be caused by a lot of things. They are usually caused by viruses (not harmful ones). The actual reason for so many can vary. I did notice you appear to possibly have a microcytic and hypochromic anemia. The most common cause is due to iron deficiency. You can test your blood for ferritin , and they can calculate the percent iron saturation. You should get a serum iron test and B12. If the iron is low you can get an injection and then take iron pills. But you will have to check your blood for iron level ever few months to make sure you dont' get too much. Iron is hard to get rid of if you get too much. This may be from diet, or could be from bleeding somewhere, it depends. If you are a woman it is often from having a period. Otherwise, hemorrhoids, or some other cause of bleeding. Since your hemoglobin (hgb) is low you could be bleeding somewhere. There are lots of causes.. But diet is also a big cause. Talk to a hematologist if you can.
