6) Khadirarishtam 15 ml mixed with  warm water to be taken after lunch and dinner for 15 days
Itching is slightly reduced, before the treatment the redness was in the palms and color bone area, after 15 days it is on the thighs. There is no peeling on the skin. I am following the treatment strictly as given by Dr era. No permanent relief , Scortum Itching Cough and cold is gone completely.  If exposed to hot skin becomes more red and is reduced after a cold bath.

Sometimes there is redness or some times spots some times cross red lines or some times straight red lines any where is the body after the treatment. 5% relief
09 july 2009 to sept 2009 Kokilakshakam Kashayam for 1 month      7.5 ml

And koisoragalu      1 tablet
Mix all     Twice before food at 06 am and 07 pm

Aragadharishtam  15 ml  
Punarnavasavam  15 ml

And Kaisoragulgulu vatika

Mix all taken after food i.e after breakfast and dinner
Dimesaelaadi coconut oil to be applied and taken  bath after 30 to 1 hr

No soap to be applied No relief No Solution
Nov 2009  to jan 2010 Consulted a Cornea surgean in Dr N. He diagnosed as Blepharitis in the Eye Some Relief  as long as the Eye drops used He gave eye drops
Nov 2009 –July 2010 Dr S gave Mustharishtam and Parpatadyaristam twice after food
He also gave Drakshadi Kashyam and Vasaguloochyadi to be taken twice on Empty stomach
LIV 52 60 capsules to be taken twice a day all taken No Relief No Solution( Though stomach gets clear easily  as long as the medicines taken)
Dec 2009 to Jan 2010 Consulted a Cardiologist.
He checked the ECG it was Normal  PR was 106 Tachicardia No relief Gave Star press XL 50 to reduce the BP as it was 170/90.
No Solution as reducing the BP with medicines as long as the medicines taken is not he final Solution, he also prescrined m Coravadil 50.
09 june 2010 to June 2012  case no 10835 Treatment with homeopathic doc Got relief but again symptoms came back, Scortum Itching Taking Homeopathic medicnes, got some relief but the redness and itching aggravates and BP increases. Under investigation . got relief in redness but the bp at 5 am most of the time  is 160 90. it is on and off around 130 70
Nov 14 till date Dr Rajan TD Treatment for Scortum Itching Medicine Wysolone 10 mg for 1 month, feeling exhausted with allopathy also he changes the medicnes may time alter giving for one month each

Jan 15 DR M ENT Persisent coughing He diagnosed as Reflux Pharangitis gave medicine for 10 days from 13 jan 2015

Current Symptoms

Itching on different sites in the genital, some times hands and other parts of the body gets intense leads to wounds
5 episodes of sudden spike in bp of 200/100 taken bp medicine given by cardiologists
Intermittent rapid heart rate of 110- 120 pm
Fatigue Uneasiness and tiredness
Itching in the anus area
Frequent urination, feel the urge but no urine comes
Frequent episodes of Reflux pharangites taking medicine by an ENT
Scortum and anal itching since 2009 mostly at night
Teeth grinding at night
Sugar craving
Crawling sensation all over the body
Many times esonophils very high
Esr 19 many times

Most of the test done like for bacteria or virus all Ruled out
I suspect  parasite infection
More than 30 allopathy creams but no results including elocon or seriods

Remarks My observation/ experience
The target area is systemic all over the body
Intermitent redness all over body got relief with homeopathy
It is an observation that if the target area is hands ot legs it starts itching
If it is heart then BP goes up othersise it is 130/80.
It it is kidney urination is frequent
If I eatr garlic I see some other parts of the body like say elbow starts itching
Frequent anal itching

Questions
Can this be  Parasite infection? If yes please tell me a comprehensive test either stool or blood or any other
Can this be done in Mumbai also or u know somone here
What are the tests to rule out?
Can there be Culture or igg test for Parasite
My son  4 years old has similar issues

A lot of the topicals have a antifungal called Fluconazole or end in azole in their chemical name. The fungi have become resistant to that. SO this one is difference and the fungi are not yet resistant to it. If it doesn't work you may want to get a culture. I would give it a try. But it does take a couple of weeks.

Ok sure will try that cream u told but been to many dematologist thay have given many antifuggal and steroids like surfaz sn elocon but gets relief then the itching again starts I get like episodes of itching

No toxo usually doesn't cause the problems you are talking about. It sounds more like a fungus. Why don't you try Terbinafine cream on the area for about a week or two. Its brand name is Lamisil. you use it about twice a day. If there is a spray you can try that. Which ever. You can get it at a pharmacy or chemist. If they don't have it you can get it on line pharmacy. Just Google it and you will find many places that have it over the counter. Wash you hands anytime you touch the area. If it doesn't go away after that see your doctor.

So have you had the parasite tests done yet? It is important to get those done. If you have those parasites you mentioned above you should have the doctor give you anti-parasitic treatment for those. Go back and read the original posts. So, no IgG is past infection not current for Toxo. Do you still have it. Hard to know. Usually, the IgM is the test for a recently acquired infection. If you had it for years then I would ask the doctor about that. You don't usually get that bad of symptoms with toxoplasma. So if you are having severe diarrhea and so forth it is probably the Entamoeba histolytica and B. coli. You can get retested with a stool parasite test and like I said the pinworm test (two separated tests) AND if you have cyclic night sweats and fatigue you could also get tested for malaria and some of the blood parasites. That would be a third test.

i have no diarrhoea my sleep is sound i feel very energetic only symptom i have now is srortum itching and itching at various parts of body mostly in late evening those parasite test my doc told no need as i do not have any symptoms no fever since last 18 years stool test done last week it is normal and pinworm also normal   i feel that as i take sugar my itching aggravates  i have no cyclic night sweats get very sound Sleep cbc also normal done last week

Get a stool ova and parasite test they need to look for any parasites. You can do a pinworm paddle test as well. This is given to you by the doctor. They should insruct you how to use it. It is basically a plastic paddle with tape on it and you put in on the anus early in the morning and press and pull it off and place it in the container. There are also blood parasites. It depends on if you have been bitten by mosquitos, black fly or ticks or anything. If you have night sweats etc. A complete blood count, malaria would be a start. But if you don't have big sweats you may not have this. You can recheck the stool ova and parasite test in about a week. So you can get two separate ones in case they missed something. See what the results are and then we will talk again. They should look for the eggs of all parasites in the stool (fecal) sample. Also, amoeba in the stool.

A high eosinophil count could mean a parasitic infection. So it is important to get those checked.

got the test for vitamin D and B12 checked. Also, testosterone level and the thyroid (TSH level).  all are normal except esinophil is 12 normal is 1 to 6
Also water i drink 8 glasses plus i do Yoga almost daily 1.5 hrs
plus have been taken care of diet as per the dietition also no cigarett and alcohol till now also very less cold drinks

Ok I see. A stool ova and parasite should get most of the parasites and ask for pinworm. And, also the other things I mentioned in the last post.

No testing ever done some one in the forum was telling that these parasites u may test with blood Entamoeba histolytica, Balantidium coli and girdia other I will check and update thanks a lot

Usually the stool tests do not have parasite tests. So you may have to ask to get a ova and parasite test. Or they do a pinworm test. Were you treated for the Entamoeba histolytica, Balantidium coli and Giardia because those were positive by your results above?

The scrotum itching is not related to toxoplasma it is usually a fungus. You can get a spray or cream for "Jock Itch" or something with fluconazole or terbinafine in it.

You should see a dermatologist for the body itching.

Do you drink enough water? 8 glasses of water and/or other drinks like tea a day. Maybe that would make your skin dry/hair dry. Also, maybe you should get your vitamin D and B12 checked. Also, testosterone level and the thyroid (TSH level).

Do you eat enough green vegetables and not too many starch like vegatables? Cheese can constipation.

The blood test I have done is only for toxoplama antibody igg rhe urine culture is negative but the urine anlysis has rbc 2 to 3
Also fbs is 107 the normal upper limit is 99 I have used creams like triben. Elocon. Betamil as directed by dermalologista but still scortim and anal itching is there currently he has given turbest for 7 days and an anti fungal power to be applied at night scortym itching I have been facing on of since 2007 though all hygenic precautions have been taking aa told by dermatologists

Antibody to Toxoplasma IgG just means it is a past infection. If the IgM wasn't positive or wasn't done you can't know if you have recent infection. What type of specimen was the E. coli found in? If a stool sample that is normal. It depends on the type of sample and how much there was of it. Have you been treated for the other parasites found?

The scrotal and anal itching is probably a fungus . There are topical creams you can try for this. Does your son have anal itching? If so you should be tested for pin worms (threadworms). It is pretty common and needs to be treated in both of you if you have it. Let me know.

Have you had a urine culture done? You could have a urinary tract infection and /or kidney infection. Since you have the frequent urination but can't go. Do you know if you are diabetic? Have you been tested?

i did 3 tests Total Igg came to be high at 264 normal range is 0 to 114
toxoplasma igg reactive 18.9
comprehensive results no parasite found except that Ecoli bacteris is foundd in culture
so is my diagnosis done and because of toxoplasma i had these symptoms or do i need further diagnosis
current symoptims intermittent inching and severe scortam itching at night

HI and sorry you have these problems. We are not doctors on these sites. I am a microbiologist and can try to give you some advice. The medications you mentioned mostly don't sound like anti-parasitic drugs.  The high eosinophil count does happen with parasitic infections and other things too.  Are these results recent and the yes results are what the doctor /laboratory say you have now? If so then you are positive for the Balantidium coli, Entamoeba histolytic anddispar/ and Giardia. These need to be treated with antibiotics and you also need to see an infectious disease specialist and a gastroinstestial specialist. The Entamoeba histolytica can sometimes damage the liver or cause colitis. So you need to get treatment and if there is damage then they will give you additional treatment based on that as well.  Then they should follow up to see if the parasites are gone with a stool culture. The IgG will remain positive since your antibodies stay positive once exposed.

You don't have the results for the other tests yet? Or were those negative since you don't have a results next to them.
