Rabies information

Hello,

I'm in Asia
5 years ago a cat bit my leg, I received 5 shots post-exposure rabies vaccine.
4 months ago another cat bit me finger, I received 2 booster doses.
On 27 December a cat scratch my arm, I went to hospital on 31, the doctor told me that I need only 1 booster dose. The problem is, I read everywhere on internet that I should get 2 booster doses (day 0 and day 3)

Should I go to get another booster dose on day 3 or I should believe the doctor and the 1 booster dose is enough?
(He told me that 1 dose is enough because I got 2 booster doses 4 months ago.)

I'm not easy to trust doctor in Asia country.

Hi, it has been about a week have you done anything? Did you get saliva from the animal in the wound (scratch)? Or just a cat scratch? Is the wound healed? If you are worried about rabies and think you got saliva from the wound in the scratch I would follow what the normal protocol is previously.
