The best thing to do is actually get tested. I don't think you have GC since it is mostly in homosexual men. It doesn't sound like you had an exposure anyway. Also, it sounds like you may have had a urinary tract infection. So you should get a urine culture done. Also, some yeast are resistant to the over the counter creams. So it is best if you are able to determine if you have a yeast and if so which one it is. Men don't really get a discharge such as you mentioned from yeast. They get a white itchy substance on the skin folds and so forth. So, I wonder about the past guys telling the truth about being  virgins. It is best to make sure that you are both checked for STD's since you had a white discharge.  Even if you have a urinary tract infection she could still have a yeast infection or both. That is why it is best to get both of you tested not just take antibiotics or try over the counter things. It will just promote resistance.  So, that is my advice to you if you can. If the doctor just trys to hand you pills say you want to get tested. If that doctor doesn't want to test you see one that will. Call and ask them if they will test you. You can try the yeast cream if it works great. If it comes back see the doctor. Get the urine culture and if negative then get tested for STD's (both of you). If you want to do it that way to prevent your girl friend from getting mad at you you can try that. But your health comes first. Her health is important and you can't know what the past status of people is . It is based on them being honest.  Hard to know.

You could be passing a simple yeast infection back and forth.  Wash underwear, socks and sheets in hot water with degergent and baking soda.  shower with tea tree oil soap.  Use Lotrimin cream as directed on tube on dry skin.  Both people must be treated.  She may need to take a probiotic.  Women's bodies are good at growing yeast and it takes more vigilance to keep it away.
