Seeking for help

I was recently in China. When I walked yesterday, I hit a stray dog beside the lower leg. After returning home for a few minutes, I lowered my head and took a sip of my pants. Then I took off my pants and looked at where I was hit. One place is peeled off. I use my nails to peel the skin. It may be rabies now. Should I be vaccinated?
PS. When I hit the stray dog, I just thought it hit me, I don't think he bit me .(Because I didn't feel the dog bite me.)

Hi, I wouldn't take any chances.
But when you say you hit the dog did you bump into it or did it run into you? Maybe it turned and bit you? Do you see some holes or bite marks? Is there blood? Is the skin broken? when you see blood? If you have any blood on you or got saliva from the dog on you then you need a rabies shot. You get rabies from the dogs saliva. I think you should see a doctor for their opinion.
