Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? A sty or stye usually resolves after a few days. However, it can recur and may lead to rare complications such as multiple styes, chalazion (a form of scarring of the glands in the eyelid that may include the formation of cysts), generalized infection of the eyelid, and improper drainage of a sty may lead to deformity or disruption of growth of eyelashes. If you have this for almost two months already, it is best that you have this checked by an eye doctor for proper diagnosis. Direct clinical examination is important. Medical treatment or surgical drainage may be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
You need to see an optometrist just to make sure it isn't an infection or just to be safe since it is hanging on for so long.
