Constipation

So I've been on opiates for about 5. Years methadone for 2 n I recently got pregnant I suffer from chronic constipation I still go to the bathroom but I get backed up n. Difficulty passing it usually smaller stools always but with a better diet I can usually keeps self regular when I got pregnant I got really bad n the dr told mento clean myself out n then I need to take car Wpg myself with a good diet n some still softener but I needed to get  that stool out I even have a lump on the side off lower left abdomen that is stool that hurts to push on after three days I finally started goin but I'm worried bout bowel obstruction I have been passim gas the whole time I have some crampin that improved once I had a full bowel movement what would happen if I had a bowel obstruction would it be very painful n would I still be able to pass a large amount like that?

My grandma had a bowel obstruction n she said. She was really sick couldn't pass anythin she tell me not to worry but I'm jus wks erin if anyone on here has had this n if u would be in serious pain and know something. Is really wrong for her she said she felt like she wAs dying n told me not to worry bout a little stomach pain with the laxative I'm passing the stool. And gas that that is good if I had a blockage like that I wouldn't be able to pass anythin and the laxative would made me very sick already since I've been takin it on and off for a week n half I finally committed to it n took it properly because I knew I'd have to go the hospital n gt an enema if I didn't clear this up at home

I get nervous n stop takin it as soon as it makes me feel  a little sick because the dr said to go to hospital if I feel nauseated but I'm 10 weeks pregnant kind of hard to tell if it's the laxative I haven't been vomiting at all I haven't had any severe stomach pain until I was finally able to have a really good bowel movement
