Also, while peppermint can help gas, it's not good for acidity, if you are indeed experiencing an acid problem prompting you to take those over the counter anti-acids, so you might not drink too much of the peppermint tea. You should get the gas, acidity and irregular bowel habits checked with a GI specialist, who hopefully will check your gallbladder for stones & function as well as your gastrointestinal tract for any abnormalities.
I don't hold the same values as you, as the Bible tells me to dress modestly, but in regards to your frustrating medical symptoms- some things to get ruled out/confirmed would be-
diabetes, because you can feel hungry and not satisfied with that because your body is not utilizing the fuel from the food the way it should
hyperthyroidism, because if your thyroid is in hyperdrive, your metabolism is going too fast and you are in need of more fuel much more quickly
tape worm- because if a parasite is eating up the fuel that's supposed to be helping you, that would, I believe, cause a lot of hunger
Do you have any other symptoms, such as abnormality with your menses?
You might do a search on Cushing's syndrome, polycystic syndrome, and metabolic syndrome and see if any of those sounds like what you might be suffering from.
