Is my kidney infection back?

Hello,

I had an UTI and didn't do anything for a week other than drinking and applying apple cider vinegar in my urinary system. By the end of the week I was at ER with a strong pain in my right kidney. The dr. performed a CT scan and tested my urine and blood. He determined I had a kidney infection. He gave my antibiotics through IV that night, and two days later I was able to get 20 tablets of CEFUROXIME AXETIL 500mg. I took the meds for 10 days. One of the days I took the pill 9h after because I forgot. And also on the fourth day of treatment I had sex.
Now it has been 3 days since I finished the medication and I am starting to feel a little pressure on my kidneys again, is not strong but that's how it started the first time. Could it be that the antibiotics did not work? Or is it normal for the kidneys to be ¨sored¨ after that treatment? I am drinking 2l of water every day. I have an appointment a week from now to check my urine. Should I go to ER?

I also forgot to mention that I have a 2mm kidney stone by the time the CT scan was performed. Two weeks ago.
