4-6 calcium oxalate crystals on Urine.

Hello Doctor,
i have renal stone (Calcium Oxalate Monohydrate - 65 stone analysis report) and operationed it one year ago. But today i did urine RE and there is 4-6 calcium oxalate crystals. Is there anything wrong? What should i do to prevent formulation of renal stone? My blood report shows 36 ESR(westergren) and 11300 Total Leucocyte count . If there any problem in Kidney??
