Seeking help for diagnosis please

Hey all,
Before I tell you what's up I'm going to give you a background that I feel contributes to what I feel
2 years ago at 15 I started bodybuilding
I ate like a brainless meathead (chicken, pastas, red meat, rice, spinach, beans, sweat potatoes e.t.c) to gain weight, I got up from about 70kg to 86kg within the span of about 1 year and 2 months. I took protein shakes, creatine e.t.c and had a diet of about 160g protein a day(lots of calories and carbs too obviously)
During this time I experienced lots of cramps and stuff(what I think was due to dehydration from inadequate fluid intake) and went to get scans and stuff of the urinary tract e.t.c everything was considered fine. (Note this was before my cut, I am now 75kg, dropping from around 88, in the span of about 3.5 months)

Now bringing me to my situation,
I've been having really dull pains in my back over the past 3 weeks-month or so, which is usually due to studying,(I.e in year 12) but these feel different then normal and are at a different location (i.e the low-middle area where the right kidney is) and it's not always there, I.e just kinda pinches from time to time, where as if I stretch out my back or something I can feel the upper back pain from sitting and studying all day.
it's usually at the top near the trapezius and rhomboids. However it occurs on left side too, but much less.
On top of this(just the past 2 nights, hence why I'm here now) I've been feeling very nauseous, one time at night at about 3am and the other right now at 5pm.
Likewise, my groin area between the balls and lower abs has been a kind of dull pain too, maybe it's my testis idk.

It's just been distracting me from studying so I want to know what it's from.
From research I found it may be kidney stones that are logged in the kidneys causing these symptoms... But I had an ultrasound on kidneys like 5 months ago and everything was fine, same with my gallbladder.. Could stones have formed in this time? At this time my diet was actually very healthy and low protein e.t.c which is why I'm wondering lol,
I did eat chocolate and Oxlate foods and stuff though but only ocassionally and not everyday..
Note the pain is also around the pelvis area(might be noteworthy to add that I sort of have constipation and had haemorrhoids when I was bodybuilding) still bit of constipation now.

Thanks for the help... :D

I can only add 2 points.  Kidney stones can develop and grow very rapidly.  Stones can develop in a few weeks to a month.
An ultrasound is a very poor test for kidney stones as the sound waves must hit the stone and refract back perfectly to be seen.  To start, a KUB (x-ray) is the best place to start.
From the multiple symptoms you are experiencing, it would be best for you to see your doctor.  Could be a number of causes.
