Stone?

Hi had a us and it says that i have a mild Pelvocaliectasia
no signs of stones of mass in the u/s

is this something serious?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Pelvocaliectasia is the dilation of the pelvis and the calyceal system without an obstruction in the distal collecting system, namely the ureter. This could be a normal occurence, as opposed to hydronephrosis, which occurs due to a distal obstruction.
