BITE OR NO BITE?

I was curious how many people here diagnosed with Lymes remember having a tick bite.  I've heard that many people don't recall being bit and still have Lymes.   That would be me.  I haven't been dx'd yet, but don't recall being bit.  I've had several crawlers on me in the past few years though.  I also had a few stuck to me when I was little, but that was a long time ago.

I never had a bullseye rash, but a psoriasis type rash that was from scalp to feet.  My baby did have 2 bullseye type rashes on her last year before I knew anything about Lyme-that the pediatrician told me were allergic reactions to mosquito bites.  She has a scheduled surgery last week  so had them take her blood then when they put the IV in.  I will get the results tomorrow, and I am praying that those two rashes were, in fact, mosquito bites!!

Good poll.  You covered all bases with several options to choose from.

I had 3 bullseye rashes at the same time.  I never saw a tick at the time.  I had no idea what it was until a year later when my body was a mess!

Had a perfect bulls eye rash- didn't know it's significance. It eventually went away.

Typical symptoms began 2 months later. They relapsed and remitted for nearly 14 years before I finally was diagnosed.

First Lyme test was 3 years after rash- negative. My chart says "rule out Chronic Lyme".

Oh, I wish I knew then what I know now.
