CD 57

Could you have low CD 57 be enough evidence to be diagnosed with lyme?
My borrelia test was negative but my CD 57 38
I asked to the lab and they said i have lyme because of my symptoms and low CD57
Is it right?

I wish I had an answer. I only tested positive on band 66 and my cd57 came back at 28. I'm tired of being tired.. I've been dealing with it for over 10 years now.  I see an ID dr in 2 weeks. I don't know if I have Lyme or what is going on.
