Need Help with IgeneX results

Positive for IFA
Negative for Western Blot IGM
Positive for Western Blot IGG with 31 + and 41 +++

I used to live in Boston and spent quite a lot of time on Cape Cod. My symptoms are mostly gastrointestinal pain
and back pain. I am tired most of the time, but I don't see that as necessarily specific to Lyme disease.

IgeneX has a new test that can confirm if the #31 is actually from lyme or not.  I don't know how long ago you were tested, but some think that IgeneX keeps your sample for a while in case you want more testing done.

I am reading a book called the Lyme Disease Solution written by an LLMD and he says that if you have the #31  w/ #41 that he thinks that it is from lyme and not from a virus.

Doesn't mean anything.  Band 41 can be positive for anything with a flagella, like gingivitis.  Igenex's own website says the band 31 can positive if other viruses are present, like EBV, to which everyone has been exposed.
