seeing heart beat in eyes

I constantly "see" my heart beat in my eyes when I stop walking. Like when I go up stairs and then I go to sit down, I see my heart beat in my eyes, like a pulsation. It is exremely annoying. I also have grainy vision so when I see the beats, the static moves with it. This usually only happens after I've been moving and then stop. I'm sorry if I'm not making any sense.

I know someone else mentioned having this sensation too.

Does anyone know what causes this? Does it have anything to do with the condition of our hearts? I'm very curious.

I have this and have mentioned it before so it was probably me.  I've had it for years.  I really don't know what causes it.  I don't think it is the heart.  My blood pressure is normal and I have no heart issues.  I even posted this question on the expert eye forum here.  I will post the reply if I can find it.  It was a while back.
