“Partially Positive” for Lyme????

Ok so unfortunately due my stupidity I have had unprotected sex with 4 women all one night stands. Earlier this month I was having a lot body aches and have come down with dry itchy throat painful neck lymph nodes and dry caugh. I got tested for Lyme and std ( non hiv) because I was having symptoms of ghonorreah which came back negative. I was then told that my Lyme test came back partially positive?? They want me to get tested in a month again. I’ve read online that partial positive could be sign of autoimmune disorders or HIV in a Lyme test?? As you can imagine I am freaked out! I am going to get tested with my regular physician where they test with P24 and the other test. My last exposure was 30Dec. Could all this be pointing to possible hiv infection? Or am I just freaking out?
