Yes, many are sorry to say. :( Some with single digits feel almost fine in spite of having Lyme. Some with normal CD7s feel very sick.
Here is one doctor's take on it; perhaps you missed it.
"So I have been ordering this test for years. Thousands. Unfortunately, I am left with the conclusion that it has been of very little help to my patients. I have seen no correlation between CD57 and disease activity. Patients in clinical remission may have very low levels and patients with end stage tertiary Lyme disease may have very high levels."

I've looked at quite a few threads but seems most people aren't in single digits with their blood work. :(
By the way I see that you live in Sarasota. Who do you see as an LLMD? My LLMD is there. You can PM for info.
Mine is 8 and I was on antibiotics for 2 years. I am now on a natural protocol and I am feeling better.
There is discussion in the Lyme community that the CD-57 isn't that reliable anymore. I think its better to go by the way you feel.
There are MANY (I mean MANY!) threads here about the CD 57 test. If you use the Search menu you can find them.
