Is there a difference for Doxycycline between capsule or tablet?

I was prescribed Doxycycline before for Lyme.  It always came as a blue capsule.  Today when I picked up a new prescription, it came in the form of an apricot-colored tablet. I called the pharmacy to check with them that I was receiving the same thing and the pharmacist answered that it was Doxycycline.  Is there any difference with absorption or anything else that I would have always received blue capsules and now are getting this tablet instead?
