What is this symptom-"strangulation-like"?

Know how arm feel when they tie it off for blood drawn? Rest of arm being deprived of flow, or strangled. That's kind of feeling.

I get it in my arms, in torso, in legs. I feel like i am being strangled from inside out. Often I'd feel feverish and "scalding" feeling in arms and legs along with deadweight when it happens.

What's heck is this? I wanted to know what to call this symptom so I can explain to Lyme Literate doctor clearly.

I have seen other posts describing burning sensations and "heavy" limbs in the neurology forum. I don't seem to recall any clear answers. Let us know if your LLMD has one for you!

I was diagnosed with vasculitis but never heard of this, I agree with Jackie, just explain it as you feel it and hopefully your doc will know what is going on.

I would suggest that you simply describe it as you have here without truing to give it a medical or other formal name. The doc will have a better opportunity to understand if you give a description of how it feels than if you give it a medical name that may have meanings you are not aware of.

I was tested for it, and vasculitis was ruled out.

I must admit I have never heard of this symptom.  However, I have heard of vasculitis as a Lyme symptom. I wonder if your pain could be vasculitis.
