Tests Negative but with symptoms. What can I do?

Four months ago I was bitten by a black insect (like a piece of rice) in my right thigh. I pulled it out with my fingers. About ten days later, I began to feel dizzy and wake up every two hours during sleep. I went to see a doctor. The result of regular test is negative. But the doctor prescribed the doxycycline 100mg and suggested me to take one piece a day for a week for prevention. I took all the 20 pieces but interrupted for some days in between. But the dizziness and sleep disorder were not improved and sometimes feel limp in the knees. One and a half months after the bite, I went to see another doctor and did the regular tests and LTT test (The tests were done only one or two week after the completion of anitbiotic treatment). The results are all negative. The doctor diagnosed it as somatization disorder. Two and a hlf months after the bite, I started to feel pain in my knees (the right one is more serious than the left one) and thigh muscle sometimes twitched. The limpness (weakness, numbness) in the knees and legs is often felt when walking. And the sleep disorder persist for four months now. However,I do not often feel dizzy now, though sometimes feel the ear pressure (especially the lower part of cheeks, but the tinnitus only appeared for a short time).
I don't know what will happen next and whether it is lyme symptom. I am in Germany now and have noe one for help.Is there anyone can help me? Many thanks!

Welcome to MedHelp Lyme -- you are not alone, and Lyme disease is also found in Germany.  I searched online for:
                       "lyme disease" germany
and for:
                       lyme disease germany
and found some promising links.  Also I see that the 2015 "ILADS Lyme Disease Fundamentals Course" was held in Augsburg at the Hotel Sankt Ulrich.  If you search online for similar phrases, you may find ILADS-member medical doctors (MD -- oder 'Arzte', aber mit Umlaut) in Germany.  Tell the MD that you became ill in the US, so that the MD can also test your blood for the US type of Lyme.  Different Lyme bacteria may need different medicines.  Viele Glueckwuensche!
