Geesh! Completely missed the info that you had already been tested by Igenex. Sorry for the confusion and the unnecessary reply.

Your Lyme tests by IgeneX are definitely positive. Your symptoms are very usual for Lyme.

If I were in your place knowing what I know now, I would get myself to an LLMD ASAP. is that who did your IgeneX tests? Did they check for co-infections? You could very well have Bart's too.  I have it and the red rash could be from that. I have lesions on my brain from Bart's. this can affect your memory but so can Lyme.

A good LLMD can treat you based on your symptoms alone. My co-infection test showed positive right away for Bart's but did not for Babesia, even though I had all the classic symptoms. My test eventually came back positive but LLMD started treating me based on my symptoms.

If you are able to share if you are seeing an LLMD or not, that would be helpful. Hang in there!
