hi, I think I remember reading on 'charcoal' helping with herx. not heard about 'parsley' - I should think that eating fruit & veg. is a good idea . Also adding lemon juice to drinking water.
Also - if you can manage it - some form of excersise/movement is good - just keeps things on the move.

Thanks for your insight on the herxing I heard of drinking plenty of water but not the epsom salts.
Have you ever heard of using activated charcoal, parsley to help with the herxing?

glad to hear you felt a bit better by the morning - I know it can feel like 'h....l! - but many people say the 'herxing' isn't so intense as treatment continues - I guess that makes sense if the 'bacterial' load is being reduced with the 'herxing'
Remember to help your body 'detox' - drink plenty of water - use 'epsom salts' in the bath - etc; - try not to get constipated ! [as I have researched] - often emptying the bowels helps a great deal with 'herxing'
