how i come out from this

dear
i am 30 years male. suffering for the suspect of hiv mentally. but the hiv forum said i have nothing. and i tested up to 12 weeks that i have nothing. unfortunately i got papillary carcinom on thyroid at the same time. std doctor also said that my symptoms look like thyroid problem. recently surgery happened on my neck for total thyrodoctomy. but i am so upset. i ca not out from this problem. always i think, it is for hiv. and seriously hampered on my natural life.some time i cant sleep also. so any body there can help me to realise from the problem.

thanks for ur comments.But one thing i cant avoid that steel i feel fatigue. sleepy but in the night, i cant sleep properly, sleep is come very lightly, for that in the morning, i feel fatigue. it makes late of my office time. afetr the surgury i took lot of medicine and high power antibiotic regularly. there is any impression on my health fatigue growing.
