Ejaculation issue

When I go with a certain period of time without masterbating. At times can ejaculate with out masterbation while thinking about having sex. This can only occur if I try very hard. Is this a sign of any disfunctions?

I do this as well, but not for lack of masturbation. I typically "take care of business" a couple times a day so there is not much chance of a lack of that. I am also able to just think about sexual ideas and cause myself to ejaculate. I usually have to think really hard about something that really excites me, but it is absolutely possible. Sometimes the orgasm caused from not touching myself or physically stimulating myself is better than when I am physically stimulated.

I think you're perfectly fine...maybe even lucky!

from what i heard is, it could be a kind of wetdream, which will occur when a man who has no masturbation for a long time is excited, thus force to semen to be released, although no external force applied on it.

Many years ago I remember trying to see if I could do this - I got close, and could get some pre-come, but couldn't get all the way without at least a little physical stimulation.

Still, it wouldn't suprise me if some men could do this.  I'm no expert at all, but my gut feeling is that this isn't a sign of anything being wrong.
