Fatigue, dizzy, lack of focus

My boyfriend has been having troubles with fatigue for a few years now.  Hes a social, active 25 year old male who runs about 2-3 times a week.  Hes always tired and on worse days is dizzy, shakey, twitchy, and lacks focus.

Doctors cannot seem to figure out what the problem is and the latest doctor told him to get tested for a learning disability!  This is very frustrating for him as he feels there is something seriously wrong and no one can help me.

He did find out that he'll need his gall badder removed at a young age (hes 25).  A doctor told him he has slush in his gall bladder and that his prostate is large for someone of his age but the doctors don't seem to think any of this is related to his fatigue.

Some other possibly related symptoms:  Constipation, excessive food allergies (most fruits, nuts, plants, animals), and recent lactose intolerance.

Hes also always had trouble gaining weight or muscle.  No matter how much he snacks throughout the day he doesn't gain weight.  He also tried lifting for 6 months, barely gained any muscle, and lost the muscle immediately after stopping.  Could just be genetics but I didn't want to rule anything out.

I don't want to distract with too many symptoms but I just want to lay it all out on the table.  Any input that you can provide or similar experiences or just something he can bring back to the doctors and have them try would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Have him get checked for a condition that I have called May-Thurner Syndrome. I can tell you from personal experience it will cause all the problems he's having and almost no doctors will even think to diagnose it. PM me if you have any questions.
