Use of specific lotion on testicles.
I was wondering if anyone had some insight to this:
Will using a high quality CBD lotion on my scrotum assist in it relaxing and make them naturally hang more?
My thoughts were regarding the use of CBD lotions to promote muscle relaxation (i.e. for back muscles is the only personal use I have with it). If it works for that, it might for that area too.

I've seen restrictions on using CBD on the face, but don't recall seeing that restriction. Look on the FAQ on your product website and see what is mentioned.
