Hey Doctors! Please help me I don't know what to do!

Hi there.
A year ago I've had an unprotected sex with a woman. Anal, oral and Vaginal.
A week after, I've felt like burning while peeing and I've noticed some discharge from my penis.
Made STD test and diagnosed with Chlamydia. Took Doxicilin for a week or ten days, twice a day.
The burning while peeing disappear 3 days after using the Doxicilin and also the discharge. I've finalised the treatment as the doctor told me.
BUT, since then 2 symptoms appeared and never left me until today:
1. Little pain in my left testicle. The pain is not permanent.
2. White discharge EVERY morning when I check my black underwear.

Made again STD check for both urine and seem - nothing found !
Made Ultrasound for testicles - nothing found !

What is that? Maybe A cpps? Maybe Urethritis ?

Please, tell me what to do ! thanks

Get an accurate test for mycoplasma genitalium. Be off antibiotics of at least 3 weeks and use first morning voided urine only
