penile pain

hi, can you help? ive had an annoying sensation in the tip of my penis for the past week at least. Originally I had an abrasion inside the meatus (confirmed by two gp's) following a one night stand (at the begining of April) during which i received rough masturbation (with baby oil), protected oral and the insertion of a dildo to my anus (my own, covered with a condom). Just in case i went to sexual health clinic who confirmed it was an abrasion, (had a urine test for Gon, Cla and Herpes at 12 days post incident which came back clear), however I failed to clean the glans properly (at first not at all for 10 days, then after seeing my local doctor (who again confirmed it was an abrasion \ penile paper cut) with warm, salty water) However I was still cleaning incorrectly by actually cleaning inside the meatus which prevented the abrasion from healing. After seeing my Gp for a second time I started cleaning properly on the outside with warm salty water, twice a day and rinsing\drying with fresh water after every urination.  The abrasion has healed up and for a couple of days I was pain free, however for the past week I seem to be experiencing mild discomfort during the day (off and on) and accute discomfort / pain (about 6 out of 10) in the meatus lips in the afternoon from 2pm onwards (i work in an office and spend all day sitting down). Im avoiding coffee, dont drink alcohol and am only washing my penis (uncircumcised) once every morning in warm water (was washing twice a day in warm salt water and drying whilst abrasion healed). The glans look ok, theres no sign of infection or discharge and I can urinate without pain. I have noticed that i no longer wake in the morning with an erection caused by needing to urinate, yet I am able to get an erection normally (although it goes down quickly). My gp said if I experienced pain following my last visit (7 days ago) its possible some bacteria has gotten inside the urethra and I will need antibiotics. if so which ones would be best? Also could I have damaged my prostate (with the anal sex) to the point that it is irritated and is reffering pain to the meatus (ive read of similar problems caused by prostatis). If thats the case what would be the best course of treatment? thanks

ok, i 'think' ive figured out whats going on. the constant washing twice a day with salt water and rinsing \ rubbing clean after every pee was too much. As im uncircumcised my glans is very sensitive anyway, so theres the possibility that as i rubbed it clean, the nerves didnt like it too much and started protesting. To test the theory I backed off from washing with salt water twice a day to once a day and no longer rinse after going number 1. I've also stopped drinking coffee and started drink a tumeric \ cinnamon combo tea instead (as much as i can get in me) with a cranberry multi-vitamin . To keep track of everything i'm noting down how downstairs feels every hour and noticed a distinct improvement after 24 hours. Whereas the 'uncomfortable-ness' was on a 3 to 4 out of 10  (spiking to 6 out of 10 when bad), I found myself grading on a scale of 0.25 and 0.5. the only time it rises is if the foreskin has been retracted or when it shot up was late at night when i started poking around down there to check it.

So my advice would be this, dont take any medication (antibiotics can make things worse, if the pain gets too bad i found ibuprofen is good), cut back on the caffeine, drink a healthy tea and just give it some time. im not counting my chickens yet as ive had days when it's been fine then kicked off again. if this lasts a week then i know im on the right track.

all the best and good luck!

I stumbled on something since my last post that would go further in explaining it. The washing was triggering the symptoms but not the actual cause, the immediate symptom of which was (not total) erectile disfunction. So I'm also investigating damage to blood vessels inside the glans (as mentioned i did receive a rough hand job), which would go a long way to explaining why i had the sensations before i started washing. After some research im going to try taking the following everyday, Amino acid, Acetyl-L-carntine and pycnogenol. The clues came from a web article I stumbled on here: https://www.performanceinsiders.com/male-sex-and-masturbation-issues.html
