I've dark spots clumped together around penis gland!
Hi, i've had these small dark spots/moles clumped together around my urinary meatus for a while now (recent 3-4 years) and i've never had any sexual activities, only masturbation. It seems to me that there are also a few more on the head itself, but nothing too significant as compared to the clump near the urinary meatus. Also, These spots dosent seem to be affecting me in any other way (no itch etc). Please advise if this is a cause for concern, thank you.
