I have vericocele in the underside of my scrotum.

It is starting to get painful all the time. The veins are swelling and one is almost black. What do I do to make it go away?

It's time to see your doctor if you haven't already!  A doctor can look at tell you if your diagnosis is accurate but they also sometimes request imaging done. A lot of times, they do nothing for  varicocele. But once you have chronic pain? That's when they do start to offer suggestions.  Unfortunately or fortunately because it gets rid of the pain, surgery is the go to. Surgery redirects blood flow to healthy veins. It's not considered to be a risky surgery. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/varicocele/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20378772  So, make an appointment to get this examined and discuss your options.
