pain on the right side of the penis

19yo Male without any known health issues, no medication or drugs. For arround 6 months I have been feeling a really intense pain on the right side of my penis.It happens 1-2 times per week usually arround 1-4pm(It has only happened 6-7 at different period of the day) it lasts about 2-3 minutes(not continusly) and most of the times it goes away.I dont have any problem with erections or while p*****g. I dont know why but i believe its related with a vain. What is it?

Torsion? Someone wrote in that it can come and go, though I didn't know that it could. Please check with your doctor.
