Is Masturbation bad

I'm a 24 year adult and I'm very addicted to Masturbation. In every 2-3 days, I masturbate ones (Sometime daily). I do not know whether, It has bad effect on my memory, But it does have bad effect on my perception. Whenever I see girl/lady those things comes into my mind. I tried avoiding it, But just for a while only. Some times I start reading religious texts, then I control myself for some time but whenever I'm alone it comes to me again.

The only improvement I did is, I've stopped making Porn collection. Now I watch online. But I can not stop masturbation. After masturbating porn seems total crap, But after 1-2 days it again comes to me whenever I'm alone.

Please suggest what should I do. Is it bad to masturbate.

Shift your mind to something else. It is easy to concentrate on your breath. Google abdominal breathing. Do this breathing for 10 minutes twice a day. when you have sexy thoughts or sexual urge do this breathing(6 to 8  breaths). This will calm your urge and you sexual energy gets converted. It will require practice for some time. Tips on masturbation; If you have to masturbate, use lubricated hand, do not stop breathing when masturbating, keep your perineum relaxed, empty your bladder before.Do not do it in prove position. Do not feel guilty for masturbating.

Masturbation is normal for people your age especially when watching porn. It will only be bad when you sexually harass people or animals with it.

Masturbation is not bad, but the pornography can be.  Do not feel guilty for doing what the body has available to it naturally.....
