Men Burning nipples

Hey ! I am a guy of age 15 ,, and i am having a problem,, it has been more than 2 years,, that i have got a lump under my nipple skin ,, and i know it's a phase of puberty through which some guys have to go.. but it has been 2 days when i started going to swimming,, and i'm having a serious kind of burning and redness around the tip of my nipple and I'm really worried about it,, I want some help from you guys.. as it can also be some kind of allergy .. Help Please !

Hi,
   Most likely, the inflammation is due to the water pressure reaction on the soft tissues of your nipples while splashing in water with your body weight and should subside normally after a few days of swimming. However, you should always get a doctor's confirmation in this regard.
