Orgasm during ultrasound

I had to have an ultrasound done for a hydrocele that I have.  During the ultrasound I got an erection almost immediately and had an orgasm shortly after.  I was covered up with a sheet and towels so my penis was not exposed and although the lady could tell I had an erection I wanted to know if she could of seen the ejaculation on the ultrasound or if you think she knew it was happening.  I tried to stop it the best I could and it was in short bursts.  She never even acted like anything happen and I pretended like it didn't happen too.  So I guess my question is did the ultrasound show it that she was doing or would my testicles of been showing evidence that I was?

Usually health care people are in the know of possible reaction during examination they are doing. It is normal for them. In case they react negatively, a patient may be affected negatively.A boy may ejaculate in the presence of a nurse. This is considered quit normal.
