Small clear leakage from penis

So about 2-3 months ago I received news that I had chlamydia. I immediately got it treated with a shot and four pills. For about a week the symptoms were completely gone and I felt good back to normal. But after a week leakage started again. However the leakage is clear and usually to get it to come out I have to milk it from my penis. I got tested again and came back negative for all STDS. Other than that I have no symptoms out of the ordinary or anything else. No rash, no puss, no smell, and no burning. I was given 4 pills to treat trichomoniasis and am now prescribed Doxycycline and I’m on my third day of taking it and the leakage hasn’t stopped. I was wondering what else it can be. I’ve seen the possibilities for a male yeast infection aren’t likely so I was wondering what else it can be.
