Hi,
You have not told anything about your daily exercise, quality of food intake, sleeping habits, your general health and around what age you started your puberty. All these matters for a healthy growth. For instance, zinc deficiency during adolescence can affect sexual growth and it could be a problem especially if you are a vegetarian with inadequate food intake. I would suppose you MAY have some deficiencies of vitamins and minerals and I suggest you to consult an Endocrinologist for an overall check up.This is only for a confirmation and does not any way mean that you have some problem.

i'm 50 kg so i don't think i'm obese
Hi,
From your general description it appears that you are a late bloomer, and it is quite common if you are obese. Take healthy food containing vitamins and minerals, and do daily moderate exercise, you should get your normal growth process in the coming years. Nevertheless, it is also an appropriate age to consult a pediatric endocrinologist and get a confirmation that all your growth process is in place.
