Experiencing lower right back and right testicle pain.

I'm 17 years old, I'm currently experiencing moderate lower back pain at the right and right testicle pain. Way back then, it's just lower right back pain and I also frequently pee. It feels like my urination's like a loose faucet, after I pee, I still feel that my bladder is not empty,my classmates jokes about it that I'm always going to the toilet, I don't see any blood in my urine nor in my semen. What could be these underlying synptomps imply?
