non std penis troubles

Hello, for the last 4months i have had problems with my penis, sometimes i feel the need to pee when i clearly dont ( not much comes out) , and other times it feels like i have an itch an inch or so in my urethra, after ejaculation my meatus because swollen and red. I find that alchohol intensifies the symptoms, and also find overindulging on sugary treats makes it feel slightly more intense.
Also i seem to producing more pre-*** than usual - or in the past; i am 19 at present and am sexually active with 1 partner.
I have been to the doctor and presummed i had an S.T.I check, she took a swab and i had to different types of urine tests. All these results came back normal; also the last symptom is that orgasm's come alot quicker as the head feels alot more sensitive, all the symptoms have change intensity the last 4 months from not noticable to incredably annoying.
does anyone know whats going on or experienced anything similar?
thanks

Hi,
Yours is a typical symptom of a bacterial or fungal infection, but since your tests are negative, may be all that you need to do is regular cleaning of the penis head in luke warm water or mild soap water, if the head is not irritated by the soap water. Remember to slide back and forth the foreskin while cleaning and remove water using a towel. Keep the place dry and use medicated powder after washing and drying. Do the cleaning after engaging in sex also.
