Im 14 and need this answer urgently.

I'm fourteen and I have been experiencing a dull ache in my testicles. I had veins in my scrotum the last physical I had, the doctor said everything was normal. Now my left testicle is small and my right is normal, I know that a size difference is normal but this one is large. My left is about a quarter of my right. As to the veins they've about doubled in size. Im going to go be checked out soon I just wanted some information on urgency or whats wrong?
