Have any of them specialized in low testosterone or underdeveloped testicles? Taking ibuprofen for too long can cause it's own problems, so I'm surprised they'd all tell you to take that long-term.
Have you ever used a testosterone replacement? I don't know how old you are now, and how much progress can be made, but it may help some aspects. You might want to see an endocrinologist.
