miscariage compliactions

Ok, 2 days ago, I miscarried. I'd only had pregnancy symptoms for 1 week and the tests were all negative. I was 3 days late on my period. I woke up and got moving around and it hit me. I had full blown crantaction like cramps, pushing making me feel like i had no control over my bowels. Every 15 minutes for about a minute though it felt longer,  this went on for 12 hours. I was bleeding and lotting very heavy. I went through 8 overnight pads. The last one before it stopped lasted longer and i felt like poop was coming out, I was at the store getting pads. I was hoping to wait until monday to go to the dr so i dodnt incure hospital bills.

Now its been 2 says and im still bleedi g heavy but i am very gassy and when i flatulate it is watery blood. No dark stool. I have had 2 bms and it looks normal minus the liquid itself. There was so much blood at first i though it was just from the mosscariage. Now i am also worried that i have torn something bc i am bleading elsewhere. Also, i am rh- if is the weekend too long to wait to get rogham just in case and would they give me rogham if the tests were and are negative?
